John Guthrie

Born in Scotland, John is an engineer to trade and is therefore a natural skeptic to anything non provable and airy fairy. John has worked and lived for many years in Japan and Singapore where he was first introduced to and witnessed the wonders and benefits of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

John founded the company UK Health & TCM Ltd in March 2007 and successfully convinced Dr. Huang to join him in the Denny Clinic so that the benefits of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine could be introduced to the people living in the central region of Scotland. 

Dr. Wei Huang

 

Wei Huang is a graduate of Chenghu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. http://www.cdutcm.org . Where, he was awarded with a BM, (Bachelor of Medicine). Wei began his academic work at University studying western medicine. However, during his clinical practical experience Dr. Huang found some difficult diseases that western medicine had no solutions for, he found, in many cases Traditional Chinese Medicine had a more effective treatment and track record. Dr. Huang changed his vocation to that of western medicine integrated with TCM. Dr. Huang is convinced that, in many areas, this ancient form of treatment offered patients a better remedy than that of western medicine. After qualifying Dr. Huang was conferred as vice-professor and Doctor of western medicine integrated with TCM.

After graduation Dr. Huang worked in the TCM section of Chinese Hospitals where large numbers of his ex patients still consult him via email; Such is the high regard that they have for his skills. Many regret he no longer works in China.

Dr. Huang arrived in the UK in January 2006 and joined our company in 2007. He is regarded as one of Scotlands leading experts in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He works only from our TCM Clinic Denny in the central belt of Scotland.

Dr. Huang is a member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (UK).
